Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The return request is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The item is in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable.
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the 30-day return window:

• Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your request is received, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you. Simply pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location using the provided label.
Free Return Shipping
Angzarr Learning provides free return shipping on all eligible returns. We will email you a prepaid return label once your return request is approved. You will never be charged for return postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or status of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• No restocking fees are charged — your full purchase price will be refunded.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us at support@angzarrlearning.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For all other exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
All Items Eligible for Return
We do not designate any items as final sale. Every product sold by Angzarr Learning is eligible for return within the 30-day return window, subject to the eligibility conditions described above.
Non-Returnable Situations
While we accept all product returns, the following situations fall outside our standard return policy:
• Returns requested after the 30-day window has expired.
• Items that show evidence of misuse, physical damage caused by the customer, or tampering beyond normal use.

Digital and Downloadable Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds for downloadable content (e.g., digital learning materials, e-books, or course files) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you have not accessed or downloaded the content, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a review.
