Thank you for shopping with Angzarr Learning. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations at this time. We hope to expand our shipping regions in the future.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and federal holidays. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that placing an order does not guarantee immediate shipment. Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We work with major carriers to provide you with competitive rates.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where an error was made on our part.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Angzarr Learning is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order is determined at the time of shipment based on package size, weight, destination, and service availability. You will receive carrier and tracking information in your shipment confirmation email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@angzarrlearning.com.

Digital and Downloadable Products

This shipping policy applies to physical products only. Digital products (such as e-books, downloadable course files, or digital learning materials) are delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email address after purchase. No shipping charges apply to digital orders.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Angzarr Learning is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at support@angzarrlearning.com. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@angzarrlearning.com. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Angzarr Learning is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing by the customer. In such cases, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier office before contacting us.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued for the product cost only, minus any original shipping charges.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
